VAC’s development team secures appropriate location and facilitates and manages the build out from bricks and mortar to project completion, with consideration for all levels of regulatory compliance. VAC’s in-house facilities and construction managers, each with 40+ years of experience in project management and medical construction, bring concept to functional lab expediently and efficiently.
VAC manages operations, staffing, training, and education, as well as provides infrastructure with policies and procedures. VAC leadership provides the structure to govern the procedures and staff in order to comply with federal and state regulations.
VAC’s size and footprint has been critical in the negotiation of national contracts for preferred pricing on equipment and supplies.
A structured educational offering is developed for each location. Educational outreach may be offered directly to the physician community via in-office and clinic in-services, including accredited CE programs. Patient and community educational outreach is part of the VAC program as well. VAC supports a strong foundation of communication, collaboration, and education.
BILLING & REIMBURSEMENT
VAC’s in-house central billing team brings years of experience to vascular billing, coding, and collections.
