Complimentary PVD Screening events are being held at Vascular Access Centers.

Think you may be in need of an evaluation? Check out the "Do I need a test for PAD/CVI" questionnaires. If you answer yes to any of the questions, call the Vascular Access Center nearest you and schedule an appointment with one of our associates.  Bring in your completed questionnaire as your pass to a complimentary screening/assessment.
